耐低温菌剂浸种对水稻种子萌发能力的影响

摘　　要：通过运用梯度试验方法,分析不同浓度菌液浸泡后水稻种子发芽势、相对发芽率、发芽指数、相对发芽指数、明确不同浓度菌液浸泡对低温处理下的种子发芽能力的影响。结果表明:整体呈现加菌处理下种子萌发优于对照的趋势。"长白9"B50处理下的发芽势、相对发芽率、发芽指数、相对发芽指数均优于其他处理,各处理间差异均不显著(P>0.05);而"吉梗81"B50处理下的发芽势最优,处理间差异不显著(P>0.05),其他指标则在清水处理中最优。因此,适宜菌剂处理下"长白9"水稻种子发芽能力优于对照,"吉梗81"型种子虽然在清水处理下相对发芽指数、发芽指数表现最优,但是其发芽势在B50处理下最优。因此,菌液浸种处理对水稻不同品种萌发能力的影响存在明显的种间差异。By using gradient test method,the germination potential,the relative germination rate,the germination index,and the relative germination index of rice seeds soaked in different concentration of bacterial solution were analyzed,and the effects of different concentration of bacterial solution soaking on the germination ability of rice seeds under low temperature treatment were clarified.The results showed that the seed germination of added bacterial treatment was better than that of the CK.When'Changbai 9'was treated with B50,the germination potential,the relative germination rate,the germination index and the relative germination index were better than those of other treatments,and there was no significant difference among these treatments(P>0.05).The relative germination rate of'Jigeng 81'was the best under A100 treatment,the germination potential was the best under B50 treatment,and the relative germination index was the best under C25 treatment.There was also no significant difference among the other treatments(P>0.05).Therefore,the effect of treatment on the germination ability is obviously different between the two rice varieties.
