火电厂汽轮机辅机常见故障及检修要点研究

摘　　要：火电厂运行期间,汽轮机辅机具有十分重要的作用,决定着火电厂的运行质量水平。但受多种因素的影响,辅机运行也存在较多障碍问题。本文分析了火电厂汽轮机辅机运行中的常见故障,提出了针对性的解决措施,以保证辅机设备的正常运行,为电厂赢得更多的经济效益。本文在此基础上分析了火电厂汽轮机辅机常见故障诊断及检修要点,以期为汽轮机辅机的良性使用提供更多的借鉴。During the operation of thermal power plant,turbine auxiliaries play an important role in determining the operation quality level of the fi re power plant.But affected by many factors,there are many obstacles in the operation of auxiliary machine.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of steam turbine auxiliary equipment in thermal power plant,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to ensure the normal operation of auxiliary equipment and win more economic benefi ts for the power plant.On this basis,this paper analyzes the common faults of steam turbine auxiliaries in thermal power plants,analyzes the main overhaul points,in order to provide more reference for the benign use of steam turbine auxiliaries.
