摘　　要：通过分析目前变电站二次系统防雷设备防护、运维管理方面存在的隐患问题,分析变电站二次系统防雷运维管理实现分布式在线监测的必要性,重点介绍变电站二次系统防雷运维管理的研究技术方案及应用效果。通过该技术的实施和应用可以有效地对防雷设备及电力二次设备的运行状态进行故障预判、故障定位并及时告警,为二次设备故障提供分析数据支撑;可以消除安全隐患、提升运维管理水平,实现自动化系统安全防护从“被动”监控管理提升到“主动”监控管理;维护人员由“问题驱动”转变到“主动监管”的工作模式,实现远程集中管理。By analyzing the hidden dangers in the protection and operation and maintenance of lightning protection equipment in the secondary system of the substation,the necessity of implementing distributed online monitoring of the lightning protection and operation and maintenance management in the secondary system of the substation is analyzed,and the focus is on the prevention of Research technology scheme and application effect of mine operation management.The implementation and application of this technology can effectively predict faults,locate faults,and promptly warn the operating status of lightning protection equipment and power secondary equipment,and provide analysis data support for secondary equipment failures;it can eliminate hidden safety hazards and improve operations.Maintain the management level to realize the automation system security protection from“passive”monitoring management to“active”monitoring management;maintenance personnel change from“problem-driven”to“active supervision”working mode to achieve remote centralized management.
