摘 要:不论哪种运行方式,都不外乎保持空冷岛较高温度场,即空冷岛整体温度不低于0℃时,空冷换热面就不会发生冻结。由于空冷岛本身高度达到地面40 m以上,加上空气流动方向的影响,空冷换热面各处的环境温度存在差异,换热面管内的阻力及蒸汽分配量也存在偏差,这就导致在环境温度低、机组负荷低时,容易发生空冷岛换热面局部冻结。在冬季工况下,保持高的温度场才能保证空冷换热面不发生冻结,而发电煤耗则因此大大提高。因此,如何既保持空冷岛能在低背压经济运行,还要保证空冷岛不发生冻结是亟待解决的问题。文章主要研究了一种空冷岛系统,以解决现有技术中的空冷岛在低压运行下容易被冻结的问题。No matter what kind of operation mode,it is nothing more than maintaining a higher temperature fi eld of the air-cooled island,that is,when the overall temperature of the air-cooled island is not lower than 0°C,the air-cooled heat exchange surface will not freeze,because the height of the air-cooled island itself reaches more than 40 meters above the ground With the infl uence of the air fl ow direction,there are differences in the ambient temperature around the air-cooled heat exchange surface,and there is also a deviation in the resistance and steam distribution in the tubes on the heat exchange surface.This results in low temperature and low unit load.The aircooled island heat transfer surface is partially frozen.Under winter conditions,maintaining a high temperature fi eld can ensure that the air-cooled heat exchange surface does not freeze,and the coal consumption for power generation is greatly increased.Therefore,how to maintain the air-cooled island’s economic operation at low back pressure and ensure that the air-cooled island does not Freezing is an urgent issue.This article mainly studies an air-cooled island system to solve the problem that air-cooled islands in the prior art are easily frozen under low pressure operation.
