摘　　要：瓷横担绝缘子,是国内为满足农业电力需求而开发的一种新的线路绝缘子,它普遍应用于农村和城市电网中。瓷担的机械性能比较低,尤其是瓷担的螺栓孔部位,因为它的性能比较弱,应力集中,容易碎开和断裂。为此,需要配备相应的更换工具,及时对瓷横担进行更换。文章针对传统电力电杆瓷横担更换方法及存在的问题进行论述,在此基础上,设计了一种新型的更换工具,解决了传统瓷横担更换难度较大的问题。Porcelain crossarm insulators are a new type of line insulator developed in China to meet agricultural power demand.It is widely used in rural and urban power grids.The mechanical properties of porcelain bearings are relatively low,especially for the bolt hole parts of porcelain bearings,because of its weak performance,stress concentration,and easy breakage and fracture.For this reason,it is necessary to equip the corresponding replacement tools to timely replace the porcelain cross arm.This article discusses the traditional power pole porcelain crossarm replacement method and existing problems.Based on this,a new type of replacement tool is designed to solve the problem of traditional porcelain crossarm replacement.
