五味消毒饮对非哺乳期乳腺炎脓肿期术后患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察五味消毒饮对非哺乳期乳腺炎脓肿期术后患者的临床疗效。方法50例非哺乳期乳腺炎脓肿期患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各25例。对照组患者给予脓肿切开引流术+抗生素1周;试验组患者给予脓肿切开引流术+抗生素1周后,连续服用五味消毒饮1个月。随访观察1年,对比两组患者的创面痊愈情况及创面痊愈时间、复发情况及复发时间。结果治疗后,两组患者的痊愈率均为100.0%。两组创面痊愈时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访1年,试验组复发率16.0%低于对照组的48.0%,复发时间(155.00±26.46)d长于对照组的(93.67±21.00)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五味消毒饮治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎脓肿期术后患者,对切口愈合无明显促进作用,但有利于降低患者的复发率,延迟复发时间。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuwei Xiaoduyin on postoperative patients with non-puerperal mastitis abscess.Methods A total of 50 cases of postoperative patients with non-puerperal mastitis abscess as study subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received abscess incision and drainage+antibiotics for 1 week,and the experimental group received abscess incision and drainage+antibiotics for 1 week,and then Wuwei Xiaoduyin for 1 month.After 1 year of follow-up observation,the wound healing situation and wound healing time,recurrence condition and recurrence time of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the healing rate was 100.0%in both groups.There was no statistically significant difference in wound healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 year follow-up,the recurrence rate 16.0%in the experimental group was lower than 48.0%in the control group,and recurrence time(155.00±26.46)d was longer than(93.67±21.00)d in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuwei Xiaoduyin has no significant effect on incision healing for postoperative patients with non-puerperal mastitis abscess,but it is beneficial to reduce the recurrence rate and delay the recurrence time.
