摘　　要：目的了解糖尿病免费配送药物项目在玉环市调查对象中的知晓度、满意度以及满意度影响因素。方法随机抽取912名玉环市社区居民进行高血压免费配送药物项目知晓度、满意度问卷调查。采用χ^2检验和多因素回归分析。结果912名社区居民中46.4%是男性,居民平均年龄为(63.6±12.6)岁,49.2%为糖尿病患者。在知晓度调查中,总体知晓度为67.4%,月收入低于2000元、曾使用过免费药物的调查对象对免费药物配送项目知晓度相对较高。在满意度调查中,总体满意度为86.5%,其中非糖尿病患者满意度最高。在糖尿病项目评价指标中,"免费药物能满足治疗需求"、"免费药物治疗效果好"和"免费药物领取方便"是影响总体满意度的主要指标。总体满意度与文化程度、月收入、职业和调查对象类别有关。结论该项目的总体满意度水平较高,总体知晓度水平仍需提高,应加强相关宣传,优化免费药物种类,扩大免费药物项目覆盖范围,从而提高免费药物配送项目的知晓度和满意度。OBJECTIVE To describe the awareness,satisfaction and the prevalence of satisfaction of diabetes free medicine distribution program in community residents in Yuhuan County,China.METHODS Questionnaire which about awareness and satisfaction of diabetes free medicine distribution program was conducted among 912 randomly selected community residents.In SPSS 22.0,χ^2 test was used for single factor analysis,logistic regression analysis was used to estimate related factors of satisfaction.RESULTS Among 912 community residents,46.4%of them were male,the average age was(63.6±12.6)years old,and 49.2%were diabetic.In the awareness survey,the overall awareness rate was 67.4%,residents whose monthly income less than 2000 yuan,and the respondents who had used free drugs had a relatively high awareness of this project.In the satisfaction survey,the overall satisfaction was 86.5%,among which the non-diabetic patients had the highest satisfaction.Among the evaluation indicators of diabetes free medicine distribution items,"free medicine can meet the demand for treatment","free medicine treatment works fine",and"free medicine can be easily attached"were main indicators affecting the overall satisfaction rate.Overall satisfaction was related to education level,monthly income,occupation and the type of respondents.CONCLUSION The level of overall satisfaction of the project was relatively high,but it still needs to be improved.It was necessary to strengthen the related publicity,optimize the types of free drugs,expand the coverage of free drug projects,so as to improve the awareness and satisfaction of free drug distribution projects.
