摘　　要：目的为了探究签约服务内容的更新变化,在同一个区域内进行签约居民与未签约居民就诊选择和服务内容利用的描述与比较,把握两类居民使用基层医疗服务内容情况的差异。方法采用两阶整群抽样方法,在上海市三家社区卫生服务中心范围内抽取2 120名居民进行问卷调查。结果 61.03%的签约居民优先选择在社区医院就诊,非签约居民仅为33.23%;与非签约居民相比,签约居民对于社区卫生服务的利用程度显著高于未签约居民。结论随着上海市结合居民实际需求创新服务内容,签约服务内容利用情况有了进一步的延伸和拓展。两类居民对于基层卫生医疗服务的认可度存在显著差异,这表明签约服务的吸引力仍有待进一步强化。OBJECTIVE To explore the update and change of contracted service content, it described and compared the choice of medical treatment and service content utilization of contracted residents and uncontracted residents in the same area, and grasped the difference between the two types of residents’ use of primary medical service content. METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 120 residents selected from 3 community health service centers in Shanghai. RESULTS 61.03% of the contracted residents gave priority to community hospitals, and the non-contracted residents were 33.23%. Compared with non-contracted residents, the utilization rate of community health services among contracted residents were significant higher. CONCLUSION With the innovation of service contents based on the actual needs of residents in Shanghai, compared with the early implementation of the policy, the utilization of service contents under contract had been further extended and expanded. There were significant differences between the two groups of residents’ recognitions of primary health care services, which indicated that the attraction of contracted services needed to be further strengthened.
