摘　　要：本研究以音乐疗法与传统的电疗法相结合形成的新型康复技术为原理,设计了一款以STM32单片机为核心的中西结合音乐电针治疗耳机,其由主处理器模块STM32、音频解码模块、滤波模块、音频放大模块、LCD和电极组成,将特定的音乐信号通过音频解码电路转化为电信号,一个通道进入音频放大电路,经由刺激电极,作用于人体穴位,另一个通道直接进行音乐治疗。经实验室测试表明,设计中的音乐电流能够持续刺激人体穴位,克服了电刺激适应性,有长久稳定舒适的针感,且可以自行下载相关音乐进行不同类型的诊疗。基于STM32的中西结合音乐电针治疗耳机安全性高,使用便携,能够满足多种人群的康复需求,具有一定的参考价值与实用性。Based on the principle of a new rehabilitation technology which combines music therapy and traditional electrotherapy,a Chinese and western combined with music electroacupuncture therapy earphone is designed by STM32 microcontroller as the core in this paper.The circuit design mainly includes audio decoding,filtering,amplification module and electrode.The selected music signal is transformed into electrical signal through audio decoding circuit.One channel enters the amplification circuit,which acts on acupoints of human body through stimulation electrode,and the other channel enters headphones directly,which acts on human body for music therapy.Laboratory tests show that the music current in the design can continuously stimulate acupoints,overcome the adaptability of electrical stimulation,have a long-term stable and comfortable sense of acupuncture,music electroacupuncture overcomes the adaptability of electrical stimulation,and different kinds of music have different curative effects.In addition,relevant music can be downloaded for different types of diagnosis and treatment.This design is safe,portable and can serve the rehabilitation needs of many people.It can select music with rehabilitation function,which has certain reference value and practicability.
