摘　　要：为解决医疗领域设备维护方法选择单一的问题,本研究首先分析了国内外有关医疗设备维护方法的研究成果,并阐述了预防性维护策略的现状与不足;然后借鉴了其他领域的维护策略,给出了在医疗领域开展预测性维护的流程框架并举例,同时分析了该方法所面临的关键点与挑战;最后从经济、技术合理角度出发,考虑医疗设备的使用年限、故障后对临床工作的影响程度、使用频率3种因素,将医疗设备分为3类,阐述了各类设备相应维护策略的选择。Objective To solve the single problem of equipment maintenance method choice in the medical field.Firstly,the research results of medical equipment maintenance methods at home and abroad were analyzed,and the research status and shortcomings of existing preventive maintenance strategies were expounded.Secondly,the framework of predictive maintenance methods in this field was proposed by referring to the maintenance strategies in other fields and given an example,and the key points and challenges faced by the method were given.Finally,Medical equipment was divided into three categories by using three factors from economic and reasonable perspective,namely the useful life,the degree of impact on clinical work after the failure and the usage frequency.And the maintenance strategy selection for the three types of equipment was described.
