铒激光与强脉冲光治疗面部脂溢性角化病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价铒激光与强脉冲光治疗面部脂溢性角化病的疗效。方法选取面部脂溢性角化病患者107例,随机分为2组,分别给予2940 nm铒激光和强脉冲光治疗,对比两种治疗方案的疗效、不良反应及疼痛评分。结果铒激光组治疗有效率为100%,强脉冲光组治疗有效率为96.23%,二者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。铒激光组不良反应发生率(16.67%)高于强脉冲光组不良反应发生率(3.77%)(P<0.05)。铒激光组治疗次数少于强脉冲光组(P<0.05)。铒激光组治疗过程中疼痛评分高于强脉冲光组(P<0.05)。结论铒激光与强脉冲光治疗面部脂溢性角化病均可取得良好疗效,铒激光治疗次数更少,但不良反应发生率及治疗过程疼痛程度高于强脉冲光治疗。Objective Clinical comparative observation of Er:YAG laser and intense pulsed light in treatment of facial seborrheic keratosis. Methods 107 patients with facial seborrheic keratosis were randomly divided into 2 groups,which received Er:YAG laser or intense pulsed light respectively. Clinical efficacy,safety,frequency and visual analogue score(VAS) were evalnated. Results The total effective rate of Er:YAG laser group was 100% when 96.23% in intense pulsed light group,there was no statistic difference between two groups(P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in Er:YAG laser group was 16.67% when 3.77% in intense pulsed light group,there was statistic difference between two groups(P<0.05). Er:YAG laser took less therapy times than that of intense pulsed light group(P <0.05). The VAS of Er:YAG laser group is higher than that of intense pulsed light group(P<0.05). Conclusion Both of Er:YAG laser and intense pulsed light can get high effective rate in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis. Er:YAG laser has less therapy times and higher incidence of adverse reactions compared to intense pulse light.
