摘  要:为研究钢筋混凝土吊车梁受火后力学性能,开展了足尺钢筋混凝土吊车梁受火后力学性能的对比试验研究。结果表明,受火后钢筋混凝土吊车梁极限承载力和极限挠度较未受火对比试件分别降低23.4%和7.8%,初始弯曲刚度无明显下降;钢筋混凝土吊车梁试件内部混凝土在停火后逐步达到最高温度,存在一定的温升滞后效应;采用有限条带法对受火后钢筋混凝土吊车梁试件的极限承载力进行计算,误差在8.6%以内,符合工程精度要求。Experimental study on fire damaged full-scale reinforced concrete(RC)crane beams were conducted to investigate mechanical performance of such beams after fire.Results indicated that compared with the fire-unexposed control specimen,the ultimate loading capacity and corresponding deflection of the fireexposed specimens reduced by 23.4%and 7.8%,respectively,while stiffness of the fire-exposed specimens had no obvious decrease.The temperature of the internal concrete gradually reached the maximum temperature after the fire was stopped,indicating the temperature lag effect.The ultimate loading capacity of the fireexposed RC crane beam was calculated with the finite strip method,and the prediction errors were less than 8.6%,meeting the engineering accuracy requirements.
