摘　　要：对主齿立式感应回火机床多参数控制系统进行了设计,回火机床采用西门子808D数控系统,数控加工程序、能量监控系统工艺参数与远程调度信号之间的交互是通过西门子S7-1200 PLC,用PROFINET总线把它们连接起来。经现场运行,整个系统工作正常,能够满足生产需要。In this paper,the multi-parameter control system of main tooth vertical induction tempering machine is designed.The tempering machine adopts Siemens 808D CNC system.The interactions between the NC program,the energy monitoring system process parameters and the remote dispatch signals are connected by Siemens S7-1200 PLC through PROFINET bus.After on-site operation,the entire system works normally and can meet production needs well.
