摘  要:在薄壁类工件加工中,工件的装夹、切削变形、刚性不足等都是加工中常见的技术难题。对于刚性不能满足加工要求的弱刚性薄壁工件,常用专用夹具作为支撑工装。但在小批量生产和单件生产时,定制专用夹具成本太高。针对该类情况,提出用油泥作为薄壁工件内腔支撑材料,提高薄壁工件的系统刚性。经过实验证明,油泥填充支撑可以很好地替代专用夹具支撑,而且油泥填充支撑还具有可重复利用、不受工件内腔轮廓限制等优点,可大大降低成产成本,对企业生产有一定的指导意义。In the processing of thin-walled parts,clamping,cutting deformation and insufficient rigidity are common technical problems.For the weak rigid thin-walled parts whose rigidity can not meet the processing requirements,special clamps are often used as supporting tools.But in the small batch production and single piece production,the cost of customized special fixture is too high.In view of this kind of situation,this paper proposes to use oil mud as the support material of the inner cavity of the thin-walled parts to improve the system rigidity of the thin-walled parts.It has been proved by experiments that the sludge filling support can replace the special fixture support very well,and the sludge filling support also has the advantages of reusability,not limited by the contour of the inner cavity of the parts,which can greatly reduce the production cost,and has certain guiding significance for the production of enterprises.
