摘 要:结合被加工零件的结构及加工工艺特点,设计制造了一款专用铣床气动多功能夹具。为保证夹具具有良好的强度,运用ANSYS Workbench软件对夹具工件系统进行了平面铣削和钻孔过程受力仿真分析。结果表明:装配件在钻削力和切削力作用下,产生的最大应力远小于材料的屈服强度,且最大位移值在加工公差范围内。经样品试制、现场实验检验,使用专用夹具生产出来的产品,其工件尺寸和几何误差均满足精度要求,达到预期目标。因此,该夹具结构设计合理,具有一定的推广应用价值。In this paper, a special pneumatic multifunctional fixture for milling machine is designed and manufactured according to the structure and processing characteristics of the processed parts. In order to ensure the fixture has good strength, ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the forces in the plane milling and drilling process of the fixture workpiece system. The results show that the maximum stress produced by the assembly under the action of drilling force and cutting force is far less than the yield strength of the material, and the maximum displacement produced is within the range of machining error. After the sample trial-manufacture and field test, the products produced with special fixture meet the precision requirements of workpiece size and geometric tolerance and reach the expected goal. Therefore, the fixture structure design is reasonable, which has certain promotion application value.
