中药敷脐配合穴位按压治疗尿毒症便秘患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药方剂敷脐配合穴位按压治疗尿毒症便秘患者的临床疗效。方法:将2015年7月-2017年7月尿毒症便秘患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予健康教育、心理护理、饮食指导、功能锻炼,研究组在对照组基础上应用中药敷脐配合穴位按压。结果:治疗后研究组患者总有效率高于对照组。两组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05),研究组患者的首次排便时间,排便速度,排便间隔时间,大便性状,排便难度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前后生活质量有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药敷脐配合穴位按压能明显改善尿毒症便秘患者的症状和体征,提高患者生活质量,临床效果明显,值得推广应用。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of TCM application on navel plus acupoint pressing on constipation patients with uremia.Methods:Patients with constipation in patients with uremia from July 2015 to July 2017 were randomly divided into the study group and control group.The control group was given health education,psychological care,diet guidance and functional exercise.The research group was given TCM application on navel plus acupoint pressing.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was higher than the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The first defecation time,defecation speed,defecation interval,stool traits and defecation difficulty scores in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in quality of life between before and after intervention in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application on navel plus acupoint pressing can significantly improve the symptoms and signs,improve the quality of life of patients,and the clinical effect is obvious,is worthy of popularization and application.
