少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗子宫腺肌病痛经患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗子宫腺肌病痛经(寒凝血瘀证)患者的临床分析。方法:选取我院2017年6月-2019年4月期间收治的58例子宫腺肌病痛经患者作为实验对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组各29例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床效果、相关指标等情况及中医证候积分。结果:对照组临床有效率低于研究组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗前,两组患者相关指标无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后,研究组患者痛经视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、慢性盆腔痛、COX痛经时间、COX痛经程度、寒凝血瘀证、子宫体积及子宫内膜厚度低于对照组,血清CA125改善显著,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:针对子宫腺肌病痛经患者在常规西医的基础上给予少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗,提高临床效果,同时改善其相关临床指标,提高患者满意度,临床借鉴价值高。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Shaofu Zhuyu decoction(少腹逐瘀汤)on adenomyosis dysmenorrhea of the Hanning Xueyu syndrome(寒凝血瘀证).Methods:58 patients with dysmenorrhea due to adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to April 2019 were selected as experimental subjects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the control group and the research group,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the research group was treated with the Shaofu Zhuyu decoction more.The clinical efficacy,related indicators and medical symptom score in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The clinical efficiency in the control group was lower than the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the related indicators between the two groups(P﹥0.05).After treatment,the dysmenorrhea VAS,chronic pelvic pain,COX dysmenorrhea time,COX dysmenorrhea degree,the Hanning Xueyu syndrome,uterine volume,serum CA125 and endometrial thickness in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:The Shaofu Zhuyu decoction on adenomyosis dysmenorrhea shows good effects,improve relevant clinical indicators and patient satisfaction,with high clinical reference value.
