摘　　要：目的:探讨临床中应用补阳还五汤加减治疗血栓性脉管炎取得明显疗效的原因。方法:通过列举两典型病例,运用中医理论结合名老中医临床经验,并依据古今文献临床病案资料,经剖析归纳总结。结果:清晰地说明取得明显疗效的理论依据。结论:该方法具有进一步临床研究和推广的价值。Objective:To explore the reason for good efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction(补阳还五汤)on angiitis thrombotica.Methods:According to TCM theory,the clinical experience,and clinical records of ancient and modern documents,two typical cases were analyzed and summarized.Results:The theoretical basis for the obvious curative effect was clearly explained.Conclusion:The method has the value of further clinical research and popularization.
