中药汤药联合TRM多功能前列腺治疗仪治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医中药综合治疗在慢性前列腺炎患者中的临床效果。方法:选择2018年1月-2019年3月治疗的湿热下注证前列腺炎患者150例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组采用中药汤药联合TRM多功能前列腺治疗仪治疗,4周治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分、炎症因子水平。结果:观察组治疗后4周疼痛不适、排尿情况、症状影响及生活质量评分,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后4周干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF-α)、白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-10水平,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤药联合TRM多功能前列腺治疗仪治疗用于慢性前列腺炎患者中能改善NIH-CPSI评分,降低炎症因子水平,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of TRM multifunctional prostate treatment instrument plus the TCM decoction on chronic prostatitis.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2019,150 cases were divided into two groups,75 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given TRM multifunctional prostate treatment instrument plus the TCM decoction.Results:After 4 weeks,the pain and discomfort,urination,symptoms,and quality of life scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05),the levels of INF-γ,TNF-α,and IL-10 were lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:TRM multifunctional prostate treatment instrument plus the TCM decoction on chronic prostatitis shows good effects,can improve the NIH-CPSI score and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of promotion.
