当归芍药散治疗湿瘀互结证慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究湿瘀互结证慢性肾小球肾炎患者应用当归芍药散治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年1月1日-2018年4月1日在我院接受治疗的湿瘀互结证慢性肾小球肾炎患者60例作为临床研究对象,按照投掷硬币的方式将其随机平均分为对照组、观察组。对照组30例患者应用西药治疗,观察组30例患者联合应用当归芍药散治疗,比较所有患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:经治疗后,观察组患者的治疗效果显著高于对照组;观察组患者的血浆白蛋白(34.99±3.14)g/L显著高于对照组的患者的血浆白蛋白(27.33±3.09)g/L;观察组患者的尿蛋白定量(0.65±0.17)g/24 h、血肌酐(Serum Creatinine,Scr)(112.88±10.54)μmol/L以及血尿素氮(Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN)(4.98±1.14)mmol/L的值显著低于对照组患者的尿蛋白定量(1.14±0.29)g/24 h、Scr(164.33±11.30)μmol/L以及BUN(5.80±1.23)mmol/L;观察组患者的体倦乏力(1.10±0.54)分、腰脊酸痛(0.34±0.02)分以及浮肿(0.56±0.14)分的值均显著低于对照组患者的体倦乏力(2.20±0.76)分、腰脊酸痛(0.82±0.21)分以及浮肿(1.68±0.23)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用当归芍药散治疗湿瘀互结证慢性肾小球肾炎患者,可有效改善肾功能,提高临床治疗效果,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Danggui Shaoyao San(当归芍药散)on chronic glomerulonephritis with the Tanyu Hujie symptom(湿瘀互结证).Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the way of coin tossing,30 patients in each.The control group was treated with the western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Danggui Shaoyao San more.Results:After treatment,the efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.In the observation group,the plasma albumin was(34.99±3.14)g/L,which was significantly higher than(27.33±3.09)g/L in the control group.The urinary protein in the observation group was(0.65±0.17)g/24 h,Scr was(112.88±10.54)μmol/L,and BUN was(4.98±1.14)mmol/L,which were significantly lower than urinary protein(1.14±0.29)g/24 h,Scr(164.33±11.30)μmol/L and BUN(5.80±1.23)mmol/L in the control group,respectively.The fatigue score in the observation group was(1.10±0.54),the lumbar spine pain score was(0.34±0.02),and the edema score was(0.56±0.14),which were significantly lower than those in the control group(2.20±0.76),(0.82±0.21)and(1.68±0.23)respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Danggui Shaoyao San on chronic glomerulonephritis with the Tanyu Hujie symptom is effective,can effectively improve renal function,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
