摘　　要：文章针对10kV、35kV手车式断路器特性试验过程中二次接线查找困难、存在安全隐患以及多班组工作人员浪费的问题,通过研究手车式断路器航空插头对接方案,并将回路电阻模块与机械特性模块整合,提出了一种新型手车式断路器测试仪研发方案,对提高手车式断路器试验效率、保障检修人员人身安全方面有显著作用。In this paper,aiming at the difficulty of finding secondary wiring,hidden danger of safety and waste of multi-shift staff in the characteristic test of 10kV and 35kV trolley circuit breaker,by studying the docking scheme of aviation plug of trolley circuit breaker and integrating the loop resistance module with mechanical characteristic module,a new research and development scheme of trolley circuit breaker tester is put forward.It plays a significant role in improving the test efficiency of handcart circuit breaker and ensuring the personal safety of maintenance personnel.
