摘 要:卫星定点位置的公开化和卫星通信信道的开放性,使得卫星通信系统较易面临电磁干扰、截获、入侵甚至摧毁的威胁。随着信息对抗技术的发展,卫星通信系统将面临更为复杂的电磁环境。因此,亟需建立一套科学的对抗性指标体系来指导系统的对抗性性能评估工作。基于卫星通信系统对抗性应用需求,从抗干扰、抗截获、隐身以及抗入侵等方面构建了对抗性指标体系,深入分析指标含义,提出了指标提升方法,可为对抗性卫星通信系统的设计和评估提供依据。The openness of satellites’fixed positions and the openness of satellite communication channels make satellite communication systems more vulnerable to the threat of electromagnetic interference,interception,intrusion and even destruction.And with the development of information countermeasure technology,satellite communication systems will face a more complicated electromagnetic environment.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a scientific adversarial index system to guide the adversarial performance evaluation of satellite communication system.Based on the adversarial application requirements of satellite communication systems,an adversarial index system is established from the aspects of anti-interference,anti-interception,stealth,and anti-intrusion.And at the same time,in-depth analysis of the meaning of the indicators is done,and the method of improving the indicators proposed,so as to provide a basis for the design and evaluation of adversarial satellite communication systems.
