单采血小板时鲜芦荟汁用于穿刺针眼伤口止血效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究观察单采血小板时穿刺针眼应用鲜芦荟汁止血效果。方法主要选取在2019年4月~2019年9月在我院单采血小板志愿者140例,按照止血方法的不同随机分为两组,其中观察组为70例,对照组为70例。对照组志愿者在穿刺取血后消毒止血时采用压迫止血,坚持按压3-5 min,按压力度要适中,年龄偏大者按压时间则适当延长,观察组志愿者则在取血后采用鲜芦荟汁均匀涂在创口且平压,观察渗血时间根据志愿者年龄及凝血功能比常规组缩短1-2 min,其他处理措施与常规组相同。结果剔除不纳入者,通过对比观察组与对照组志愿者的止血时间:两组组≤5 min占有率(98.57%,57.14%),两组止血效率(100%,92.86%),凝血功能指标,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单采血小板时穿刺针眼应用鲜芦荟汁止血效果更好,有助于改善志愿者者凝血功能,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of fresh aloe juice on the puncture needle of platelet collection.Methods From April 2019 to September 2019,140 volunteers were randomly divided into two groups according to different hemostasis methods,70 in the observation group and 70 in the control group.The control group volunteers used compression hemostasis during disinfection and hemostasis after puncture and blood collection.The pressure should be moderate for 3-5 min,and the pressing time should be prolonged for the older group.The observation group volunteers used fresh aloe juice to evenly smear on the wound and even press after blood collection.According to the age and coagulation function of volunteers,the time of bleeding was shortened by 1-2 min compared with the regular group.Other treatment measures and regular The gauge group is the same.Results The hemostasis time of the volunteers in the observation group and the control group was compared.The hemostasis rate of the two groups was less than or equal to 5 minutes(98.57%,57.14%),the hemostasis efficiency of the two groups was 100%,92.86%.The indexes of coagulation function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fresh aloe juice is more effective in hemostasis,which is helpful to improve the blood coagulation function of volunteers.
