摘 要:抽油泵柱塞与泵筒的间隙漏失是影响抽油系统机械性能和效率的主要因素之一。文中采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,在深入分析各关键因素对抽油泵间隙漏失影响规律的基础上,基于计算流体动力学理论,运用AMESim软件对在不同工况下抽油泵的间隙漏失量进行了仿真,得出在冲速和压差2个主要因素影响下的间隙漏失规律曲线。现场试验结果表明,在合理范围内调节抽油泵的冲速及间隙压差参数可有效提高抽油机的节电率,对提高泵效及节能具有重要意义。clearance loss between pump plunger and pump barrel is one of the main factors affecting the mechanical performance and efficiency of oil pumping system.In the article adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the in-depth analysis of the key factors of the subsurface pump clearance leakage effect,on the basis of based on computational fluid dynamics theory,using AMESim software in different working conditions of the subsurface pump clearance leakage quantity in the simulation,it is concluded that in speed and pressure difference of two main factors under the influence of the leakage of regular curves.The field test results show that adjusting the parameters of the pumping pump's impulse speed and clearance pressure difference within a reasonable range can effectively improve the power saving rate of the pumping unit.
