摘　　要：目的:探讨突发性脑出血治疗的临床疗效。方法:将2016年12月-2018年12月在中山大学附属博济医院收治的94例突发性脑出血患者随机分为两组,对照组采用内科保守治疗,观察组采用微创血肿引流术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率、神经功能及运动功能情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.62%(44/47),明显高于对照组的70.21%(33/47)(P<0.05);观察组脑水肿、肺部感染、上消化道出血等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)明显低于对照组,而肢体运动功能(Assessment Fugl-Meyer,FMA)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:突发性脑出血采用微创手术的效果更好,能有效地解除血肿对脑组织的压迫,促进受损脑组织的修复,提高神经功能及运动功能,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of sudden cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:94 patients with sudden cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conservative medical treatment and the observation group received minimally invasive hematoma drainage.The clinical efficacy,complication rate,neurological function and motor function of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.62%(44/47),which was significantly higher than that in the control group 70.21%(33/47)(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as cerebral edema,pulmonary infection and upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while FMA score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of minimally invasive surgery for sudden cerebral hemorrhage is better,which can effectively remove the pressure of hematoma on brain tissue,promote the repair of damaged brain tissue,improve the nerve function and motor function,and has positive clinical significance.
