通过肺系疾病的中医药治疗经验探讨对新型冠状肺炎的治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨对新型冠状病毒的治疗。方法:运用中医药的理论采用清热解毒,理肺祛痰,止咳定喘,扶正健脾等内服和外敷药等多法同治。结果:通过几十年临床大量的肺系疾病比如肺癌合并病毒细菌感染病例总结,多数患者用药3~5 d症状就能明显的减轻或缓解,少数患者1~2 d症状就能明显好转,用药后1~3个月计算机断层扫描(Computer Tomography,CT)检查,肺内的炎症全部吸收,纤维化等病变都得到了明显地改善或消失。结论:采用中医药辨病辨证内外结合治疗,肺内的炎症,肺化脓症,肺纤维化及肺内占位性病变等都可得到很好的治疗,效果显著。Objective:To explore the treatment of New Coronal Pneumonia.Methods:With the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,TCM adopts the methods of clearing heat and detoxifying,regulating the lungs and removing phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma,and strengthening the spleen and strengthening the spleen in the treatment of New Coronal Pneumonia.Results:By summing up a large number of clinical lung diseases such as lung cancer with viral bacterial infection cases for decades,the symptoms of most patients can be significantly relieved or relieved after three to five days of medication,and the symptoms of some patients can be significantly improved after 1~2 days.After 1~3 months of CT examination after medication,all the inflammation in the lung is absorbed,fibrosis and other lesions have been significantly improved or disappeared.Conclusion:Applying TCM dialectical internal and external combination treatment,lung inflammation,pulmonary sepsis,pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary space-occupying lesions can be well treated,the effect is significant.
