针灸配合康复训练治疗脑梗死后认知功能障碍的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:主要评价脑梗死患者治疗时给予针灸配合康复训练对认知功能障碍的疗效。方法:选取2016年3月-2018年5月在唐山市工人医院诊治的100例脑梗死患者,通过随机数字表法方式,分成两组。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组给予针灸配合康复训练,将两组结果进行比较。同时观察两组患者行为逻辑面试(Behavior Based Structure Interview,BBSI)评分、简易精神状态检查(Mini Mental State Examination,MMSE)评分。结果:两组患者BBSI评分和MMSE评分相比,对照组BBSI评分为(7.56±2.81)分,观察组BBSI评分为(6.38±1.33)分,观察组BBSI评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组MMSE评分为(20.68±2.15)分,观察组MMSE评分为(25.81±2.80)分,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗脑梗死患者时给予针灸配合康复训练效果显著,BBSI评分、MMSE评分得到改善,推广价值高。Objective:To investigate the superiority of acupuncture and rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with cognitive dysfunction.Methods:100 patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given acupuncture and rehabilitation training.The results of the two groups were compared.BBSI score and MMSE score were observed in both groups.Results:BBSI score was(7.56±2.81)in the control group,and(6.38±1.33)in the observation group.BBSI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The MMSE score of the control group was(20.68±2.15),and that of the observation group was(25.81±2.80).The MMSE score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients,the patients’BBSI score and MMSE score are improved,and its promotion value is high.
