针灸联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰浊上蒙型眩晕(椎-基底动脉供血不足)80例的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针药结合治疗痰浊上蒙型眩晕(椎-基底动脉供血不足)的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组使用血塞通注射液0.6 g静脉滴注,每日1次;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用针灸(百会、风池、大椎、颈夹脊、阴陵泉、丰隆),每日1次,中药半夏白术天麻汤口服,每日2次。两组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率95%(38/40),对照组总有效率70%(28/40)。结论:针灸联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰浊上蒙型眩晕(椎-基底动脉供血不足)效果显著。Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction(半夏白术天麻汤)in the treatment of vertigo of turbid phlegm overspread type(vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency).Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given Xuesaitong injection,0.6g intravenous drip once a day.In the treatment group,acupuncture and moxibustion Baihui(百会),Fengchi(风池),Dazhui(大椎),Jingjiaji(颈夹脊),Yinlingquan(阴陵泉),Fenglong(丰隆)was added on the basis of the control group,once a day,and the traditional Chinese medicine Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction was taken orally twice a day.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks as 1 course,and the efficacy was determined after 1 course of treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 95%(38/40)in the treatment group and 70%(28/40)in the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of vertigo of turbid phlegm overspread type(vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency).
