从肺脾论治小儿遗尿

摘　　要：小儿遗尿症是指5岁以上的小儿较长时间于睡中小便自遗,醒后方觉的一种病症。长期遗尿所引起的精神心理问题远大于疾病本身对患儿的危害,严重影响患儿身心健康成长。遗尿病位在肾与膀胱,与肺、脾密切相关。结合小儿生理病理特点,明确肺、脾、肾三脏在小儿遗尿中的相互作用关系,病症结合,标本同治,确立“补肺健脾,固肾止遗”的治疗原则,朱珊教授自拟方药随证加减,收效显著。Pediatric enuresis is a kind of disease which urinate for a long time of children over 5 years old.The mental and psychological problems caused by long-term enuresis are far greater than the harm of the disease itself to the children,which seriously affects their physical and mental health.The incidence of enuresis is in Shen(肾)and Pangguang(膀胱),and is closely related to the Fei(肺)and Pi(脾).According to the characteristics of children’s physiology and pathology,the interaction between the Fei,Pi,Shen and pediatric enuresis was clarified.Combining disease and syndrome,the treatment principle of Bufei Jianpi(补肺健脾),Gushen Zhiyi(固肾止遗)was established.The prescription medicine from Professor Zhu Shan shows a remarkable effect.
