络病学说在肾性血尿中的应用

摘　　要：肾性血尿是肾脏疾病的常见症状之一,目前西医善无特效药物治疗,传统中医药在肾性血尿的治疗中有较为明显的优势,从络论治肾性血尿不仅可以提高治疗效果,而且对络病学说有了新的认识。近年来随着络病学说研究的不断完善,肾性血尿的治疗也有了明显的提高。本文结合络病学理论以及彭世桥老师的临床经验,对肾性血尿从络病论治作一总结和探讨。Renal hematuria is one of the common symptoms of kidney disease.At present,there is no specific drug treatment in western medicine.TCM medicine has obvious advantages on renal hematuria.It can not only improve the efficacy,but also show a new understanding of of the Luobing(络病)theory.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the research on the Luobing theory,the treatment of renal hematuria has also improved significantly.This article summarizes and discusses the treatment of renal hematuria from Luobing theory,based on the Luobing theory and clinical experience of teacher Peng Shiqiao.
