温阳化痰贴治疗小儿哮喘稳定期的临床研究观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨温阳化痰贴治疗小儿哮喘稳定期的临床意义。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年6月期间在我院门诊接收和住院治疗的小儿哮喘缓解期的患儿123例,随机分为治疗组63例,对照组60例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合应用温阳化痰贴。结果:治疗组中医各症状积分(普通感冒次数、鼻塞鼻痒、平时气促、发病时咳嗽、发病时喘息)、总的中医症候积分明显少于对照组(P<0.05);肺功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05);临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳化痰穴贴治疗小儿哮喘,可提高患儿机体抵抗力,减少普通感冒次数,临床症状改善,降低哮喘急性发病程度,改善肺功能。Objective:To explore the clinical significance of the Wenyang Huatan patch(温阳化痰贴)on treating stable asthma in children.Methods:123 children were randomly divided into the treatment group of 63 cases and the control group of 60 cases.The control group was given conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated by the Wenyang Huatan patch more.Results:TCM symptom scores(including number of common colds,nasal congestion,itching,shortness of breath,coughing at the onset,wheezing at the onset,total TCM symptom score)in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).lung function was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).the efficacy was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wenyang Huatan patch on treating stable asthma in children can improve body resistance,reduce the number of common colds,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the acute incidence of asthma,and improve lung function.
