中西医结合法在急慢性附睾炎治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析中西医结合法在急慢性附睾炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:研究对象是80例急慢性附睾炎住院病患,病例筛选时间范围是2016年1月-2018年12月。通过随机方法,将患者分别纳入中西医组和西医组,西医组应用抗生素类药物,中西医组增加中药内服与中医坐浴,对比两组治疗后症状改善情况、临床指标变化和治疗效果。结果:中西医组治疗后症状总积分低于西医组;中西医组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分和附睾硬结面积低于西医组;中西医组临床总有效率高于西医组,P<0.05。结论:急慢性附睾炎应用中西医结合疗法,能获得显著疗效且兼顾对病因的调理,并具备满意的安全性。Objective:To analyze effects of the integrative medicine on acute and chronic epididymitis.Methods:By random method,80 patients were divided into the integrative medicine group and the western medicine group.The western medicine group was treated with antibiotics,and the integrative medicine group was treated with TCM medicine and hip bath.Results:Compared with the western medicine group,the total score of symptoms,the VAS score and epididymis induration area after treatment was lower in the integrative medicine group.The total clinical efficiency in the integrative medicine group was higher in the western medicine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on acute and chronic epididymitis shows significant effects,with satisfactory safety.
