摘　　要：通过对乌鲁瓦提水利枢纽运行管理现状的分析,从利益补偿、协调管理、联合执法、议事协调等方面提出有效的建议措施,为解决现行管理过程中的问题和最大化发挥工程效益,推进乌鲁瓦提水利工程规范化、科学化管理以及生态环境与水库可持续利用协调发展提供重要保障。Through analyzing the current situation of Wuluwati hydro-junction operation management,effective suggestion and measures are put forward with the aspects of benefit compensation,coordination management,joint law enforcement,deliberation and coordination,etc.,to promote the water conservancy project standardized and scientific management and provide important guarantee for the coordinated development of ecological environment and sustainable utilization of the reservoir as well.
