复方牛至油纳米乳防治奶牛临床型乳腺炎药效研究

摘　　要：为研究复方牛至油纳米乳防治奶牛临床型乳腺炎的效果,将临床型乳腺炎奶牛的乳区随机分为高、中、低剂量组和对照组4组。结果显示,高、中剂量组对奶牛临床型乳腺炎的治疗效果均显著优于低剂量组和对照组(P<0.05)。因此,临床上可用中剂量治疗奶牛临床型乳腺炎,对于症状较重的病例,可以适当提高用药量。In order to study the effect of compound origano oil nanoemulsion on clinical mastitis of dairy cows,the milk area of clinical mastitis cows was randomly divided into four groups:high,medium and low dose group and control group.The results showed that the treatment effect of high and medium dose group was better than that of low dose group and control group(P<0.05).Therefore,the middle dose can be used clinically to treat the clinical mastitis of dairy cows.For cases with severe symptoms,the amount of medication can be appropriately increased.
