对进一步增强高校学生党支部组织生活有效性的思考

摘　　要：自十八大以来,在全面从严治党的总要求下,高校学生党支部组织生活进一步规范,“三会一课”得到普遍落实。但是组织生活还存在学生党员主体意识不强、政治学习入脑入心不够,“主题党日”活动注重完成规定动作、内容和形式结合学生特点不够,组织生活会“辣味”不足等问题。要进一步从肩负新时代使命的思想自觉性上提升学生党员在组织生活中的主人翁意识,从党内政治生活的政治性、时代性、原则性和战斗性要求上对标施策,从构建组织生活质量保障体系上为组织生活提供制度机制保障,最终在实践中检验组织生活的有效性。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the general requirement of strictly governing the Party,the organizational life of college student Party branches has been further standardized,and the"three meetings and one class"have been generally implemented.However,there are still problems in the organizational life,such as weak subject consciousness among student party members,lack of political study in mind,activities on"Thematic Party Day"only focusing on completing required routine,contents and forms instead of combining student characteristics,lack of severity in organizational life meetings.It is suggested to further enhance student Party members'sense of ownership in organizational life based on the ideological awareness of shouldering the mission of the times,implement corresponding policies from requirements on political nature,epochal character,principles and militancy of political life in the Party,provide the system and mechanism safeguard from constructing quality assurance system of organizational life,and finally verify the effectiveness of organizational life in practice.
