卧床康复操对小肾癌保留肾单位术后患者深静脉血栓预防的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨卧床康复操对小肾癌接受保留肾单位手术的患者术后预防深静脉血栓的效果。方法选取行肾脏部分切除术的小肾癌患者53例,根据手术先后顺序分为实验组和对照组,2组分别采用卧床康复操和间歇充气加压泵预防深静脉血栓。比较2组血栓弹力图及深静脉血栓发生率。结果术后7 d,2组患者发生血流减慢、肌间静脉血栓形成、深静脉静脉血栓形成的例数比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论在预防小肾癌保留肾单位的术后患者预防深静脉血栓方面,卧床康复操的效果与间歇充气加压泵相当,且卧床康复操经济成本低,适宜在临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of post-operative rehabilitation exercise in bed on preventing the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients receiving nephron-sparing surgery for small renal cell cancer(RCC).Methods Fifty-three RCC patients undergoing nephron-sparing surgery were enrolled and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.In order to prevent post-operative DVT,the experimental group practiced the rehabilitation exercise in bed,while the control group received the intermittent pneumatic compression.Both groups were measured the thromboelastograms(TEG)and DVT incidence.Results Seven days after surgery,no significant differences were observed in the number of cases with slower blood flowing,intermuscular vein thrombosis and DVT.Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise in bed,has a similar therapeutic effect as intermittent pneumatic compression on preventing post-operative DVT,in a more economical way.Therefore,it is worthy of application in the clinical practice.
