疼痛管理在儿童静脉采血中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛管理模式对静脉采血室患儿依从性、一次性穿刺成功率、疼痛程度和舒适度的干预效果。方法选择2018年6-11月我院特诊科静脉采血室患儿220例,采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组,每组各110例,对照组采用特诊室常规护理措施,干预组采用疼痛管理模式,比较2组患儿的依从性、一次性穿刺成功率、疼痛程度及舒适度。结果干预组患儿依从性高于对照组(Z=-3.640,P<0.001),疼痛程度低于对照组(Z=-2.936,P=0.003);舒适度优于对照组(t=-7.866,P<0.001)。2组一次性穿刺成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=3.124,P=0.077)。结论疼痛管理模式能够提升静脉采血患儿依从性,一次性穿刺成功率,降低患儿疼痛程度,提升患儿舒适度,推荐在门诊推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of applying the pain management on the compliance,success rate of one-time puncture,pain and comfort of children undergoing the blood extraction.Methods Totally 220 children undergoing blood extraction between June and November 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group according to a random number table,each of 110.The control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group was provided with pain management.The compliance,success rate of one-time puncture,pain and comfort of children were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance and comfort of children of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(Z=-3.640,P<0.001;Z=-3.640,P<0.001),while the pain of the former was significantly lower than that of the control group(Z=-2.936,P=0.003).There was no significant difference in the success rate of one-time puncture between the two groups(χ^2=3.124,P=0.077).Conclusion Applying the pain management can improve the success rate of one-time puncture and children's comfort,as well as reduce the degree of pain.Therefore,it is worth of application in the outpatient department.
