双圆弧齿轮快速建模的CATIA二次开发系统研究

摘　　要：利用坐标变换的方法,对双圆弧齿轮齿廓进行分析,推导出双圆弧齿轮的端面齿廓的曲线方程;利用CATIA软件结合VB软件作为手段,对双圆弧齿轮进行了参数化设计,准确绘制出了双圆弧齿轮的三维模型,为机械设计人员提供了有效的齿轮绘制方法,提高了工作效率。By using the method of coordinate transformation,the tooth profile of double circular arc gear is analyzed,and the curve equation of the end profile of double circular arc gear is derived.By using CATIA software and VB software,the parametric design of double circular arc gear is carried out,and the three-dimensional model of double circular arc gear is accurately drawn,which provides an effective gear drawing method for mechanical designers and improves working efficiency.
