摘　　要：文章指出了中小企业云会计应用是当前我国中小企业会计信息化的工作重点,分析了云会计应用给中小企业带来的价值以及我国中小企业云会计应用存在的问题,探讨了我国中小企业云会计健康发展的优化对策。The paper points out that the application of cloud accounting in these enterprises is the focus of accounting informatization in China and it systematically analyzes the value brought by cloud accounting application to them. Then, starting from the current situation of cloud accounting application in these enterprises in China, it also points out the practical challenges and problems that perplex the application of cloud accounting in these enterprises in China. Finally, this paper discusses the optimal countermeasures for the healthy development of cloud accounting in small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
