摘  要:目的使用上海市长宁区虹桥街道社区卫生服务中心的"虹桥约健康"微信平台开展专项健康教育对于提升在适龄儿童的预防接种中对接种二类疫苗(nNIP)认知、态度与实际接种率的效果。方法选取上海市长宁区虹桥街道社区卫生服务中心在册管理的0~36个月龄常住儿童(≥6个月)中经招募,按1:1:1年龄分层设计,知情同意、自愿参加共收集270例,其中研究组和对照组各135例。研究组在对照组基础管理上加上通过"虹桥约健康"微信平台的定期微信传播与更新讯息的健康教育方式强化教育,并建档进行个性化、优化跟踪管理干预,并在干预前,干预后3个月、6个月后用自拟的流调表及评分方法评估效果。结果干预前,两组间儿童与家庭一般情况可比,家长对二类疫苗(nNIP)的认知、态度和意愿接种率等具有可比性(P>0.05)。经3个月、6个月强化干预后,对照组和研究组家长在二类疫苗(nNIP)的认知、态度、实际接种率和护理服务满意度上均有改善,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001、P<0.0001)。结论采用"虹桥约健康"微信平台健康教育方式干预可提高家长对二类疫苗(nNIP)的认知、实际接种率和护理服务满意度,但个性化、优化后的强化干预效果更好。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of special health education on the awareness,attitude and actual vaccination rate of type II vaccine(nNIP)vaccination among school-age children by using"Hongqiao Approximate Health"Wechat platform of"Center".METHODS A total of 270 children aged 0~36 months(>6 months)enrolled by the"Center"were designed according to the age of1:1:1 and participated voluntarily,including 135 in the study group and 135 in the control group.The basic management of the control group was strengthened through regular Wechat communication and updating on the platform of"Hongqiao Approximate Health"to strengthen education.Individualized and optimized follow-up management interventions were filed,and self-designed flow sheets and scoring methods were used to evaluate the effect before and after the intervention 3 or 6 months.RESULTS Before intervention,the general situation of children and families was comparable between the two groups,and the awareness,attitude and willingness of parents to vaccinate type II vaccine(n NIP)were comparable(P>0.05).After intensive intervention for 3 months and 6 months,the parents of the control group and the research group improved their knowledge,attitude,actual vaccination rate and satisfaction with nursing service,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.001,0.0001).CONCLUSION Health education intervention on"Hongqiao Approximate Health"Wechat platform could improve parents’awareness of type II vaccine(nNIP),actual vaccination rate and nursing service satisfaction,but personalized and optimized intensive intervention had better effect.
