摘　　要：目的进一步了解社区家庭医生的心理卫生知识水平现状,为后期开展相关培训提供依据。方法选取上海市9家社区卫生服务中心的家庭医生开展问卷调查,采用"非精神科临床医师心理卫生知识调查问卷"。结果家庭医生心理卫生知识总体平均得分(50.37±18.62)分,总知晓率54.75%,各维度平均得分均处于较低水平;是否参与精防工作是心理卫生知识得分的主要影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否参加培训在焦虑相关问题的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);市区和郊区的得分在所有维度差异均由统计学意义(P>0.05),市区高于郊区;不同性别、年龄、学历、职称、工龄间的心理卫生知识得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社区家庭医生的心理卫生知识水平偏低,需结合实际工作实践,开展有针对性的培训,加强郊区的知识水平提升工作,提高家庭医生的心理卫生知识水平和心理健康服务能力。OBJECTIVE To further understand the current situation of mental health knowledge of community family doctors and provide a basis for later training.METHODS Family doctors from 9 community health service centers in Shanghai were selected to carry out the questionnaire,and the"questionnaire on mental health knowledge of non-psychiatric clinicians"was adopted.RESULTS The average score of family doctors’mental health knowledge was(50.37±18.620),and the total awareness rate was 54.75%,the average score of each dimension is at a lower level.Participation in precision defense work were the main influencing factor of mental health knowledge score of all dimensions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Participation in training had a statistically significant difference in the scores of anxiety-related problems(P<0.05).The scores of urban and suburban areas were significantly different in all dimensions(P>0.05),urban areas were higher than suburban areas.There was no significant difference in the score of mental health knowledge between different genders,ages,education degree,working years and professional title(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The mental health knowledge level of community family doctors was low,therefore it was urgently needed to carry out targeted training and participating in work practice,arrange training time rationally and paying more attention to urban areas training to improve the mental health knowledge level and mental health service ability of family doctors.
