机械制造过程的绿色制造技术应用探析

摘　　要：改革开放以来,机械制造开始成为我国发展的领军行业,工业革命的发展带动了我国社会生产力的极大发展,国民经济不断好转。大力发展机械制造业的同时,工业的发展也给世界带来了能源危机。在制造业生产过程中出现的"三废"——废水、废电、废气,成为环境污染的罪魁祸首,给环境带来了极大的污染。生态环境的破坏,继而直接影响人们正常的学习和生活,市民叫苦不迭,因此,能否在制造过程中加入绿色制造技术,从而大大改变机械制造过程中对环境的污染呢?文章对此提出了几点简单的看法与建议。Since the reform and opening up,mechanical manufacturing has begun to become the leading industry in the development of our country,the development of industrial revolution has led to the great development of our social productive forces,and the national economy has been improving continuously.While vigorously developing the machinery manufacturing industry,the development of industry also brings energy crisis to the world.The"three wastes"-waste water,waste electricity and waste gas-emerged in the manufacturing process,becoming the culprit of environmental pollution and bringing great pollution to the environment.The destruction of the ecological environment,and then directly affect people's normal study and life.This paper puts forward some simple comments and suggestions on how green manufacturing technology can be added to the process of manufacturing,so as to greatly change the environmental pollution in the process of mechanical manufacturing.
