摘 要:在移动网络中,邻区设置是保证用户在移动通话过程中能够持续通话的基础.随着LTE网络覆盖的逐步完善和VoLTE业务的部署,现有网络中的小区之间的互操作关系越来越复杂,造成邻区核查工作开展困难,邻区准确性和完整性难以保障.通过深入的研究,本文构建了一种基于小区相位关系来精准分析小区邻区关系的新模型.基于该模型,通过对小区位置、基站类型、场景归属、扇区方向和小区相对方位等数据统计,实现了对邻区关系进行综合评估,形成了一套邻区关系的精准优化方法.应用后,有效解决了邻区冗余和邻区漏配等问题,对改善邻区核查效率和用户语音通话感知起到了良好的促进作用.In a mobile network,the neighboring cell setting is the basis on a user who can make a continuous call during a mobile call.However,with the improvement of LTE network coverage and the deployment of VoLTE services,the interoperation between cells on the LTE network becomes more and more complex.As a result,the check in neighboring cell becomes diffi cult,and the accuracy and integrity of neighboring cells is hard to guarantee.So,this paper presents a new mode which can analyze the neighbor relationship of a cell accurately by the phase relationship of the LTE cell.On the base of that,this paper gives a comprehensive assessment of the cells relationship,using the cell location,cell type,scenario,sector and the relative position of the cells.In the end,we form a method of the LTE cells to relationship.This method helps improve the effi ciency of checking neighboring LTE cells.
