摘  要:为探讨重金属铅胁迫下红麻种子萌发期的生理响应,本研究设置了不同浓度的胁迫实验,测定了相关的生理生化指标。结果表明,本研究在铅胁迫作用下,SOD和CAT活性在不同品种表现为不一致变化趋势。随着铅胁迫浓度增加,SOD活性在‘航优1号’中表现为先减少后略微升高的趋势,在‘浙8310’和‘福红991’中表现为连续减少趋势,说明高浓度铅胁迫对红麻种子(除'H368'外)萌发期SOD活性有抑制作用;在本试验条件下,高浓度铅对红麻种子胁迫处理,‘H368’和‘航优1号’在萌发期CAT活性相对于对照有促进作用,而高浓度铅胁迫对红麻种子(‘浙8310’和‘福红991’)在萌发期CAT活性相对于对照有抑制作用。然而随着铅胁迫浓度增加,不同品种的红麻种子在萌发期POD活性均表现为先增加后减少的趋势。‘航优1号’和‘福红991’随着铅胁迫浓度增加,MDA含量增加,这说明红麻种子体内的活性氧产生和清除的动态平衡受到了破坏,引起了膜脂过氧化反应。In order to investigate the physiological response of kenaf seeds during the germination period of heavy metal lead stress,different lead concentrations of stress experiments were set up and related physiological and biochemical indicators were determined.Our results showed that,under lead stress,SOD and CAT activities showed inconsistent trends in different varieties.As lead concentration increasing,the SOD activity performanced a trend of slightly elevated after the first reduction in’Hangyou No.1’,but continuously reduced in’Zhe8310’and’Fuhong991’,which indicated that a high concentration of lead stress inhibited the activity of SOD during germination stage of kenaf seeds(except’H368’).Under the conditions of this experiment,stressing kenaf seeds with high concentration of lead,the CAT activity of’H368’and’Hangyou No.1’in the germination period was promoted compared to the control,but the high concentration of lead inhibited the CAT activity in kenaf seeds(’Zhe8310’and’Fuhong991’)at the germination stage compared to the control.However,as the lead concentration increased,the POD activity of different varieties of kenaf seeds in the germination per iod both showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The MDA content of’Hangyou No.1’and’Fuhong991’increased with the increase of lead stress concentration,which indicates that the dynamic balance of active oxygen production and elimination in kenaf seeds is destroyed,causing membrane lipid peroxidation.
