摘  要:目的了解上海市生活饮用水中磺胺类抗生素浓度水平。方法于2016年4-5月,选取上海市27家市政自来水厂进行原水与出厂水水样采集,检测20种主要磺胺类抗生素浓度。结果在27件原水样品中,有21件检出11种磺胺类抗生素,磺胺类总浓度水平在未检出~214.98 ng/L之间。在27件出厂水样品中,有7件检出6种磺胺类抗生素,磺胺类总量浓度水平在未检出~70.9 ng/L之间。水厂原水中磺胺类抗生素总量浓度水平高于出厂水(P<0.05)。水源地中磺胺类抗生素平均检出浓度水平较高、检出种类较多的是陈行水库、黄浦江及其支流。出厂水中检出浓度最高的是磺胺间甲氧嘧啶。采用深度处理工艺的水厂原水检出全部11种磺胺类抗生素,且总体检出率高于常规处理工艺水厂原水。深度处理工艺对磺胺类抗生素总量的去除量高于常规处理工艺(P<0.05)。结论磺胺类抗生素在上海市生活饮用水原水中广泛存在,现有的水厂处理工艺对其有一定处理能力。应加强推进水源地改造和深度处理工艺改造来对其进行控制。Objective To understand the level of sulfa antibiotics contamination in drinking water in Shanghai and analyze the concentration and detection rate of sulfonamides in the source water and finished water. Methods A total of 27 municipal water supply plants were selected in the districts and counties in Shanghai to collect the water samples.The samples were analyzed by LC-MS-MS and the situation of sulfonamide antibiotic contamination was analyzed. Results A total of 11 kinds of sulfonamides were detected in 21 samples of 27 samples of raw water(concentrations of total sulfonamides:not detected-214.98 ng/L). Six kinds of sulfonamides were detected in seven samples from 27 finished water samples(concentrations of total sulfonamides:not detected-70.9 ng/L). The concentration of total sulfonamides in the raw water was significantly higher than that of the finished water(P<0.05). Higher levels and more species of sulfonamides were found in raw water samples collected from Chenhang Reservoir,Huangpu River and its tributaries. Sulfamonomethoxine presented the highest concentration among sulfonamides in finished water.All of 11 sulfonamides were detected in the raw water of waterworks with advanced treatment process,and revealed significantly higher overall detection rate compared with that of the raw water of waterworks with conventional treatment process(P <0.05). The total removal was higher in waterworks with advanced treatment process compared with that in waterworks with conventional treatment process. Conclusion Sulfonamides widely exist in source of drinking water in Shanghai,and the water treatment process in use has a certain efficiency to removal of sulfonamides in water samples. It is necessary to strengthen the improvement of water source area and advance the treatment technology to control the sulfonamides contamination of drinking water.
