摘 要:目的优化工作场所及公共场所空气甲醛的检测方法。方法对甲醛检测的两个酚试剂分光光度法[《工作场所空气有毒物质测定第99部分:甲醛、乙醛和丁醛》(GBZ/T 300.99-2017)和《公共场所卫生检验方法第2部分:化学污染物》(GB 18204.2-2014)]进行比较,并设计了浓度为0.10~0.50μg/ml的标准系列,分别在645 nm(GBZ/T 300.99-2017)和630 nm(GB 18204.2-2014)波长下检测样品中的甲醛。结果甲醛在0.10~0.50μg/ml范围内时,两种方法均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限及定量下限也无明显差异。方法的检出限为0.010μg/ml,定量下限为0.016μg/ml,以采集3 L工作场所空气样品计,最低检出浓度为0.083 mg/m^3,最低定量浓度为0.13 mg/m^3;以采集10 L公共场所空气样品计,最低检出浓度为0.005 mg/m^3,最低定量浓度为0.008 mg/m^3。样品在4℃冰箱可保存7 d。结论采用本研究设计的标准系列,两种方法检测的灵敏度高,精密度好,准确度好,检出限基本相同,均适用于空气中甲醛的上述两种方法。Objective To optimize the methods for determination of formaldehyde in air of workplace and public place. Methods The comparison of phenol reagents spectrophotometric methods for determination of formaldehyde in air of workplace(GBZ/T300.99-2017) and public place(GB 18204.2-2014) was carried out,the determination was performed at 645 nm and 630 nm based on standard series of 0.10-0.50 μg/ml respectively. Results The linear range was 0.10-0.50 μg/ml,r >0.999. Both methods presented similar limit of detection(0.010 μg/ml) and lower limit of quantification(0.017 μg/ml). The minimum detectable concentration was 0.083 mg/m^3 for 3.0 L sampling volume in workplace air and 0.005 mg/m^3 for 10.0 L sampling volume in public place air respectively. The minimum quantification was 0.14 mg/m^3 for 3.0 L sampling volume in workplace air and 0.008 mg/m^3 for 10.0 L sampling volume in public place air. The samples could be stored for seven days at 4 ℃.Conclusion Both methods have higher sensitivity,precision,accuracy and almost the same limits of detection based on the universal standard series prepared in this study.
