以转型升级助推中国制造业高质量发展

摘　　要：近年来,我国工业尤其是制造业比重逐步下降,而服务业比重逐步上升,业已成为我国第一大产业。但这并不意味着服务业已经成为我国经济发展的引擎,更不意味着我国已经进入服务经济时代。在现阶段制造业仍然是我国经济发展的引擎,是国民经济的主体,是国家竞争力的核心。大力发展制造业,推动制造业高质量发展,对我国经济持续稳定高质量发展至关重要。目前我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,制造业大而不强的现状亟待改变。亟须深化改革,加快新旧动能转换和转型升级,以打造具有国际竞争力的制造业,助力我国经济中高速增长和高质量发展。In recent years,the proportion of industry,especially the manufacturing industry,has gradually declined in China,while the proportion of service industry has gradually increased,which has become China’s largest economic sector.However,this does not mean that the service industry has become the engine for China’s economic development,nor does it mean that China has entered the era of service economy.At this stage,the manufacturing industry is still the engine for China’s economic development,the main body of the national economy,and the core of national competitiveness.Vigorously developing the manufacturing industry and promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry are of vital importance to the sustainable,stable,and high-quality development of China’s economy.At present,China’s economy is shifting from high-speed growth mode to high-quality development mode.The status quo that the manufacturing industry is large in scale yet weak in power requires urgent change.There is an urgent call for the deepening of reform and acceleration of the conversion of new and old kinetic energy,as well as the transformation and upgrading,so as to build the manufacturing industry with international competitiveness,and to enable China’s economy to grow at intermediate-high speed and achieve high quality in development.
