摘  要:采用二级中和+沉淀+回调+三级过滤的深度处理工艺对铅酸蓄电池厂的铅酸废水进行处理。详细介绍了处理工艺、主要设备、配套设施、调试运行,并指出本工艺的关键:一是设置二级中和pH调节槽来实现pH值的精确控制;二是通过溶药配药装置来保证药剂所配浓度的稳定性;三是通过机械过滤器、活性炭过滤器、纤维过滤器三级过滤进行深度处理。工程运行情况表明该工艺的组合是可行的,出水水质可达《电池工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 30484—2013)中排放限值的要求,严于以往工艺可以达到的《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准。The advanced treatment process,secondary neutralization+precipitation+callback+tertiary filtration,was used for treating the lead-acid wastewater from lead-acid battery plants,and the treatment process,main equipment,supporting facilities,and commissioning and operation were introduced in details.Then the key of this process was pointed out:first,the secondary neutralization pH adjustment tank was set to achieve precise control of the pH value;second,the device of dissolveing medicament and compounding medicament was set to ensure the stability of the concentration of the medicament;third,the mechanical filter,the activated carbon filter,and the fiber filter were set for advanced processing.The operation of the engineering indicates that this combination process is feasible,the effluent water quality can meet the requirements of the emission limit in“Pollutant Emission Standard of Battery Industry Water”(GB30484—2013),which is stricter than the first-level requirements of“Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard”(GB8978—1996)that can be achieved by previous processes.
