摘 要:开发绿色高效催化剂将碳水化合物转化为平台化合物5-羟甲基糠醛是生物质再循环利用研究的目标。以氧化石墨(GO)和P25TiO2为原料,采用一步水热法制备了3种不同石墨烯质量分数的钛酸纳米管/石墨烯(H2Ti3O7NT/RGO)复合材料,利用XRD、SEM、TEM、BET表征手段对其进行物相结构、微观形貌、比表面积分析,并采用微波辅助加热方法将其应用于催化果糖脱水制备5-羟甲基糠醛。研究结果表明:采用微波辅助加热方法可以缩短反应时间,当石墨烯质量分数为5%时,以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为9 min时,利用钛酸纳米管和石墨烯的协同作用,5-羟甲基糠醛收率可达到51.1%,并且该催化剂具有良好的重复使用性能,重复使用3次5-HMF收率基本保持不变。The development of green and high-efficient catalysts to convert carbohydrates to the platform compound 5-hydroxymethylfurfural is the goal of biomass recycling research.In this paper,three different graphene mass fractions of titanate nanotubes/graphene composites were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method using graphite oxide(GO)and P25TiO 2 as raw materials.The phase structure,micromorphology and specific surface area were analyzed by the characterization method of XRD,SEM,TEM,BET,and it was firstly applied to catalyze the dehydration of fructose to prepare 5-hydroxymethylfurfural by microwave assisted heating.The results show that the reaction time can be shortened by microwave-assisted heating.When the mass fraction of graphene is 5%,dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)is used as solvent,reaction temperature is 150℃and reaction time is 9 min,utilizing the synergistic effect of titanate nanotubes and graphene,the yield of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural can reach 51.1%.Moreover,the catalysts could be reused three times without losing its catalytic activity.
