摘　　要：图书馆是城市文化的地标,研究城市图书馆多元主体治理问题,是优化政府与高校、市场间关系的过程,对改善城市文化服务、聚合区域文化业态具有重要的实践意义。文章以协作治理理论为指导,梳理了江宁地区城市图书馆的治理现状与问题,根据构建多主体参与机制、解决区域治理合力两个关键点,从观念和实践两个层面,将城市图书馆协作治理工作划分为机制治理、政策治理、时空治理和功能治理,并以该四个方面为导向深入研究城市图书馆的协作治理策略。Library is a landmark of city culture,studying the problem of multi-agent governance in urban libraries is a process of optimizing the relationship between the government and universities and markets,it has important practical significance for improving urban cultural services and aggregating regional cultural formats.Taking the theory of collaborative governance as guidance,the article combs the status quo and problems of urban library governance in Jiangning area.According to the two key points of constructing multi-agent participation mechanism and solving regional governance synergy,and from the two levels of concept and practice,it divides the collaborative management of urban libraries into mechanism governance,policy governance,space-time governance and functional governance,and takes these four aspects as the research direction to deepen the collaborative governance strategy of urban libraries.
